Exercise and the Student Lifestyle

A student lifestyle, regardless of the degree or the course, requires a certain degree of self-belief, control, preparation and balance. Balance, particularly, is one of the most difficult yet important elements of the routines of successful students throughout the different departments. Tonic spoke to 5 Rhodes students from varying faculties who engage in various forms of exercise to find out how exercise relates to a healthy student lifestyle, and what exercise, balance and health means to them.
